What is it?
A Lovely Bones Wellness Workshop. This one is focused on nervous system regulation - learn easy-to-implement techniques to potently reduce your stress levels (helps with symptoms in body & mind).
*Any collected donations will go towards the Boston Food Bank
This session will include:
background on “stress” & nervous system regulation
general guidance on recovery tools for nervous system regulation
breathing technique demonstration - for general health, for fast-acting anxiety relief
discussion of movement strategies to promote stress/emotional resiliency
When is it?
Tuesday, November 25th at lunchtime. Workshop starts at 12:00pm ET. Feel free to join the live early, so you’re ready for the starting time! It’ll be quick, at only 30 minutes long.
