In addition to full-length fitness classes, the video database includes quicker routines such as mid-day desk-break mobility, warm-ups and cool-downs for a variety of activities, & more.
Recovery Tools
On top of all the classic fitness goodness, the database also includes videos that teach you how to use physical modalities to reduce tension and stress. For example, these videos include “self-massage to reduce tension headache”, “breathing to reduce anxiety”, and “low-back off-loading techniques”.
