    The ultimate catered experience to support you and your goals. Get the reassurance of guided sessions at a cadence that works best for you, and promote consistency with accountability. Choose between the Lovely Bones clinic and the comfort of your own home.

  • Your Custom Workout Plan

    After the consultation, you will receive an interactive PDF document (clickable links to exercise video demo’s & more) via email. This includes a weekly schedule of workouts curated for YOU, recovery tools, and bonus individualized educational content to optimize results. If you opt to receive 1:1 training, you will also get an updated plan (e.g., one that reflects progressions/adjustments) when relevant.
